Canelo beating trout didn't earn him a floyd fight. Canelo got it the same way Manny would get it-b ecause its a huge event-with the caveat Manny is a better fighter than Canelo.

Cotto beating Marg didn't earn him a floyd fight. It completed his TR contractual requirements-which made it easy for floyd to make a deal with him since Bob wasn't around. Cotto got the fight in part because he won a JMW title and in part because he has a huge fanbase.

Manny didn't need to beat rios to qualify for a floyd fight. That said, beating Rios should not have moved him up the ww rankings. these are points that reasonabl posters should agree on.

Just like ghost was gonna whup floyd, he was afraid of Canelo, and Manny would fight floyd for free. You say some really extreme things-are you the son of Donald Trump and Orly Taitz?
Beating Rios didnt give Manny a shot with Floyd. Because he is Manny... and it the fight everyone (but Floyd) wants to see...is reason enough.
You asked HOW does beating Rios earn a shot with Floyd? lol
You think i pay attention to Rankings from sanctioning bodies or Ring? Those corrupt ***s can shove those ranks right up their Ranking asses! Telling me he was ranked this or that is a mute point and dumb!

This is weird. I've seen nothing that says Floyd Mayweather has given up that title. Can anyone verify?

Sorry, but you can't discount every fact that refutes your argument.

No, I don't think you pay attention to anything boxing related other than floyd and manny.

We agree-Floyd V Manny is still the biggest event in boxing. as such niether fighter has to "earn" it.

          don't believe it yet
Floyd went to jail and Sulaiman wouldn't strip him
he went 18 months without a defense and Sulaiman wouldn't strip him
Floyd pays him too much for the WBC rules to be enforced on him
even if they were, doubt he'd keep a JMW strap over a WW strap

I don't know manny ever had the wbc JMW title. I know he dropped the wbo JMW title. when I pointed out he dropped the wbo JWW title you said that didn't count because he was moving up in weight. In fact, he dropped it a year or so after winning the ww title.

You are arguing for no reason other than to criticize floyd for something he hasn't done. When I point that out-then you try and make it about me as a poster to somehow make what I posted not factual.
I said, you can't include a belt that he vacated when he was moving up in weight.

SO I can't include anything that refutes the point you made. ok. so when he dropped the ibf super batamnweight title I can't count that either.

OK-I'll go with the wbc lightweight title. Or does that not count either because he fought ODH at 147 next?

DO me a favor-stick to your plan to not debate me and put me on ignore.
