Is that what your level of comprehension and understanding of what Espinoza said leads you to conclude?

Please define/clarify what you mean by Arum "believing" in Floyd. Will that "belief" remove or soothe over the "promotional issue" that's stopping Floyd from easily kicking that yellow midget's ass for his record breaking payday?
