The man is on record saying "I will take the tests" so the testing has not been an issue since two weeks into the first outcry for this fight nearly 4 years ago.

This is what too many idiots on this thread don't understand at all...he left arum for a reason. Not just to turn around and give Arum his biggest payday ever. What kind of sense does that make? Mayweather will continue to make 40-60 million regardless of who he fights and he has 4 fights left guys. He does not need the pac fight no matter how much all of us want him to take on a legitimate challenge. This fight will never happen with Arum involved. Arum will not let pac fight mayweather unless he is getting his cut. Count this fight out guys. Useless discussion.

Go to the Archives..Schaeffer started that war of words when GBP was #2 and back then he was more than willing to do business with Arum and it was always ludicrously profitable for all. The moment GBP went #1 as a promoter company in the sport Schaeffer started all that shhh about not wanting to work with Arum...which is massively hypocritical. Arum sits on one side of the table..if the numbers add up to make everyone happy I don't see the issue. Slap each others name all over the banners and the ring and make a fight. When have you ever heard of a business refusing to do actually do business if it's profitable. Arum isn't the one fighting, Arum isn't the one doing the press tour.

The whole testing thing is like the sasquatch myth stories..everyone has a variation on how it happened but yet the video of Pacquaio himself stating he would take the test and what his issues were with it don't lie and they do mostly have a date stamp on them from when they were shot. They were negotiating at the time and hell they had a second negotiation where testing wasn't an issue and HBO's own people confirmed that btw. But again it's like the rumor mill things start out one way and by the time they get to the 1000th person the actual facts have changed.
