I'm watching as well. I got excited when they showed Roy Jones and Tyson.

That big Hawaiian guy has scary elbows.

I hope that Rousey girl loses but I'm pretty sure that won't happen.

Hope silva loses again as well.

The broner/maidana event was so much more exciting to me though

I will always believe boxing is better than UFC. But to be honest, I don't really care what is perceived to be more popular or anything like that. My heart is with boxing, and that's that.

I've been a boxing fan for over thirty years, and an MMA since it started.
Manny Pacquiao is my alltime favorite fighter, but there are very few boxers that were that entertaining. I'm no gym rat that can appreciate the "finer" points of boxing. I'm just a mindless goon that likes the excitement of UFC. I've been disappointed by far too many boring boxing PPV's over the years.
I think I'm maybe cynical because the fight that I probably would be the most excited for between Floyd and Manny may never take place because of ego.
Boxing is bigger worldwide than MMA. MMA only has a strong presence in Brazil, Japan, and USA. Boxing has a strong presence in America, Mexico, Caribbean Islands, South America, Russia/Eastern Europe, UK, Asia, and there have even been some fighters from Africa.

The best UFC fight I've watched was Mark Hunt's last fight against that beast Brazilian dude. It had a lot of boxing (stand up brawling). They both couldn't box for ****, but they were pretty tough for MMA fighters.

            That's an opinion.

            Both are great sports(mma).

UFC sells more a year World Wide? You do realise that Boxing is a World wide sport and generates more than UFC around the World... there are events from USA, UK, Germany, Russia, Japan and Australia that make millions.
