I was into the UFC up until 2009, then I just lost interest. Hyped fights turned out to be nothing more than two men hugging on the ground for minutes. Not my idea of entertainment.

This isn't my cup of tea. This is **** we did in the Marine Corps. Sure it's cool, SOME good fights but in the end it's so classless.

I never pay for ufc, just never going to be worth it.

even to night, not even one exciting fight hell they replaying the most exciting fight of the night and that is boring as hell.

I only watch when A) Silva, GSP, Lesnar (lol), Velasquez, Jones fight B) if it's against a good opponent (someone they can lose to) and C) only if I can't go to sleep and got nothing else to do.

I'm watching the UFC match tonight. It is extremely corny.

The announcers are screaming. The fighters are screaming. It's just classless.

yeah. all those big name hyped fights like with brock lesnar and all that ended up turning into slow ass ***** hug fests. garbage

It may trump MMA on this board but worldwide MMA has already surpassed boxing in popularity. MMA sells way more PPV in the run of a year. Boxing's events may be bigger, but there are maybe 4-5 ppv's per year. MMA has one a month plus a number of free shows.
I've been a boxing fan for over thirty years, and an MMA since it started.
Manny Pacquiao is my alltime favorite fighter, but there are very few boxers that were that entertaining. I'm no gym rat that can appreciate the "finer" points of boxing. I'm just a mindless goon that likes the excitement of UFC. I've been disappointed by far too many boring boxing PPV's over the years.
I think I'm maybe cynical because the fight that I probably would be the most excited for between Floyd and Manny may never take place because of ego.
