If he is overrated why do you want him to fight GGG?

DiBella has Martinez on a leash far away from GGG. Don't expect the fight to happen any time soon, Martinez is breaking down and seems to be getting seriously injured each time he steps in the ring.

Good point, but you have to understand that Sergio's just coming back from an injury. What better way to have a tune up than fight a guy with a name, and get paid $$$.

Then the Sergio/GGG match up gets that much bigger. More $$$ for the both of them.

because martinez is holding the #1 spot at mw hostage. he's refusing to pass the torch.

Cotto is a tune up fight. I'm sure he will fight GGG and whoever else if he does a good job there.

Don't ever expect Martinez to fight GGG. Dibella will ask for a payday that nobody will be able to pay.

The answer at "why doesn't Martinez have to fight golovkin?" is because Martinez can't fight anymore. He's old and injured -- that's why...

Chavez was a money fight..sergio is viewed as the best at mw, and I think he is/was but he never really has to prove it. The mw division has been doo doo for a while but now its starting to get interesting. I like sergio but enough is enough.
Dannny garcia had to PROVE he was the best
Ward PROVED he was the best
                      Mayweather PROVES hes the best

I am by no means a huge fan of ggg, hes pretty much doing the same thing as sergio. But it is undeniable that this is the fight for the crown at 160.
