Pacquiao has never agreed to any testing against Floyd Mayweather. You can't reject testing in negotiations and then accept in the media as if what you say to the media is real and what you do in negotiations is to be disregarded. And it's well documented that Manny Pacquiao has no problem with lying. He is a politician. Saying Mayweather failed a test is a bold faced lie. Why do Pacquioa fans have to resort to fabricating falsehoods? Of course the original offer got taken off the table when after Pacquiao walked away from negotiations, filed a law suit and his promoter went around lying to the world about a second round of negotiations that never happened. And how would anyone really know if the offer got taken off of the table when they never even sat down at the negotiation table again in the first place? Health comes first alludes to the fact that he is not going to agree to step in the ring with someone who refuses to take a drug test. sorry pacquiao didnt grow up with in the american suburbs with a father and multiple uncles who were professional prize fighters. at least pacquiao had an excuse as to why he didnt go to school. He had no choice.

Let's look at attending a Floyd fight. I'd suspect that the cheapest ticket goes for 300 or so bucks. Not many folks making 10-12 bucks an hour have 300 to blow on fight fix. Not to mention a plane tic and trumped hotel rooms and the general cost of vacation.
