    Uuummm, no.

Anyone heard of Antonio Margarito? The guy who slaughtered and massacred Miguel before Manny so-called "destroyed him" at a catchweight ??

Floyd got Cotto at 154 with a WBA title and right after having beaten Margarito.

The reason being is regardless of Pacquiao's most recent decline, he is still the most marketable, lucrative and viable option to satisfy both parties involved in that six bout 30 month deal he signed with the company earlier in the year. Of course, I'm speaking of none other than Team Mayweather and CBS/Showtime. For that kind of money, they want a profitable return on their guarantee they promised Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao might be the right man to help fulfill such a feat.
Or he could be using Pacquiao's name to sell some of his other potential fights (Khan and Maidana), that probably won't do very well. Otherwise why would he choose to attack Pacquiao now? Last year when Pac got knocked out it was open season. You would think Mayweather would jump in then, rather than wait a full year.

If you think its an easy fight, with lots of money, why not fight him?
maybe cuz Pacquio in HBO and wanna get too much **** off purse unlike others?
moreover, what about avid old piece of crap Arum behind him?

Pacquiao been done year ago. Plus he's being definitely too ****** fighting without Arum outside top rank like Cotto doing or Mayweather did

u fellas betta stop yet that day and night bul****ing about Floyd/Manny bout which already makes no sense for a long time

Pacquiao should fight Bradley and take a revenge if he ain't a pusy

Lol at floydiots, hahhaa twisting, misleading present fact.

Your idol is way to scared and is now pressured by showtime to look for his lost balls and fight pac.

Floydiots are the worst fan base in nsb, they sure dont want the fight to happen that bad. While we want this **** settled in the ring. And no ****ing money can equal the event that it should need to happen

            Mosley
Sorry, but only one of the those can be considered a left over and that was Hatton.

Oscar already had several losses before he fought Floyd, in particular a devastating KO loss to Hopkins 2 fights prior to fighting Floyd. So it's not like Floyd faced the best Oscar De La Hoya. He faced a DLH who had 4 losses at the time, and was coming off an insignificant win over Mayorga.

Same goes for Mosley. Despite Mosley beating Margarito, he got destroyed by Vernon Forrest, got a gift over DLH in the rematch, and then got beat up by Cotto.

You can't say that Mosley and DLH were at their best when they fought Mayweather. They weren't.

The only case you can make is for Hatton, who was undefeated.

Now I'm not saying Pacquiao never fought anyone's left overs either, I mean he obviously did, but you can't say that Mosley and DLH were Mayweather's leftovers, when they had losses prior to fighting Mayweather.

If you use that argument then Floyd has never fought a Manny leftover correct.

You're right - both Oscar and Mosley were completely washed up when Pac fought them. And between Floyd and Manny, only Manny has fought one of the other's leftovers.

To fight JUNIOR a fighter has to beat BERTO like ORTIZ and GUERRERO,bwaaa bwaaa bwaaa. Funny that SOTO KARASS beat BERTO too,but he couldn't fight SOTO KARASS so he is desperate and fight KHAN;JUNIOR FIGHTS GUYS THAT MAKE UPSETS,DIFFERENT THAT SAY HE FIGHTS WINNERS!!!
ORTIZ upsets BERTO,GUERRERO upsets BERTO,MOSLEY upsets MARGARITO,etc...;if MATTHYSSE would have upset DANNY GARCIA,now the fight should be JUNIOR vs MATTHYSSE but funny thing is that he is not fighting GARCIA,no no...JUNIOR IS FIGHTING KHAN THAT GARCIA DESTROYED HIM IN FEW ROUNDS,can someone explain me why he is fighting KHAN???
