Yes he is and he better be VERY careful. If floyd makes a KHan fight he will lose some of the upper hand if the fight doesn't sell well. If he makes it and loses he will squander all of his leverage. Boy, that would sure be something.

Floyd/Al need to realize they won that battle and now its time to try and get the fight made. Manny/Bob need to accept the decisions made backfired and he needs to take what is offered and fight.

He fought Pac's leftovers when he took on Marquez years after he fought Manny and made him come up to weight divisions.
He fought Cotto almost 3 years after Margacheato damaged him and Pac destroyed him.
Floyds teenie weenie is showing how scared he is of this guy.

For the last few days, Mayweather has been taking shot at Pacquiao with several photos. This time Mayweather made reference to Pacquiao controversial decision loss to Timothy Bradley, his sixth round knockout at the hands of Juan Manuel Marquez - and the Filipino boxer's financial troubles with the Internal Revenue Service.

They can still make the Khan fight, it doesn't matter. Pac sold 400k in ppv and immediately afterwards Arum started talking about Floyd's people and how they need to contact him even though they knew Floyd is fighting in May and Pac in April, in the same interview when asked for potential opponents he only mentioned Marquez and Bradley implying Floyd was never even really a potential opponent, in other words trying to use Floyd to promote the next Pac fight.

I'm so tired of this soap opera bull****...I don't even care about this fight. It's really sad that these 2 couldn't fight 3 years ago when at the peak of their primes.

If Pac's contract is ending soon with TR and all these tax problems alongside with Floyd's recent rants might make Pac a free agent.

That would be Floyd's biggest revenge on Arum if Pac doesn't sign back with him in order to secure a fight with Floyd.

ODLH in the past tried to sign Pac with a suitcase full of money

Can't believe Pac turned down 50/50 and the testing at that time. Now he's still gonna have to do everything extracurricular without making anywhere near 50% of the revenue.
