If the PPV looks somewhat like this, I think it'll do decent numbers.

1. Saul "Canelo" Alvarez vs. Alfredo Angulo
2. Josesito Lopez vs. Robert Guerrero or Andre Berto
3. Omar Figueroa vs. Takahiro Ao or Gavin Rees
3. Daniel Ponce De Leon vs. Takashi Miura or Sergio Thompson

I think Lopez vs. Guerrero or Lopez vs. Berto are both all-action fights, and they all have a little bit of name recognition. Omar Figueroa has been out since July due to injury trouble with his hand, so I'd put him in with a lighter touch like Gavin Rees or Takahiro Ao. Rees has a little bit of name recognition from the Broner fight, and it'll be a good measuring stick to see if Figueroa does better than Broner. Figueroa vs. either Ao or Rees is an all-action fight. And I read that Golden Boy was trying to get Ponce De Leon vs. Miura on the March 8th undercard. That's another all-action fight. And if they can't get Miura, then throw Sergio Thompson in there. If they can get Ao and Miura then go with the Japanese theme, if not, go with Rees and Thompson as opponents for Figueroa and Ponce De Leon.

All of this is probably wishful thinking though, haha.

I don't really care to see Canelo fight to be honest. He was so disappointing against Floyd I think he lost some fans. He could've at least tried...and I don't think he did that. Angulo is a good match up for him tho...that's more his skill level

I don't think Canelo has ever been in a great fight. Has anyone here ever watched a Canelo fight and said to themselves "Wow, I need rewatch this!" ? I haven't.

Unless you're part of the Mexican Canelo Hive Mind, I can't understand why on earth anyone would be willing to pay $70 for a Canelo PPV.

Angulo may make an exciting fight, but he does that with anyone. Since when is he worth a $70 PPV?

I was thinking of buying it just to support my man Molina if gets the fight, but damn I just realized there's going be **** ton of PPV next year. Maybe not.

Some of these people on here need to stop talking about quitting... bunch of 9 to 5 working as people who never took a punch to the face consistently talking about angulo is a quitter? Lol ... dude went to war with kirland in a classic hurt as ****and tired still push himself to try... can you imagine feeling like your eye is out the socket or something pinching thru it in split sec? We all know angulo eats punches to the face lol trust me he knew something wasn't normal ... so what couple of more punches leaving him blind in one eye.. a glass Margarito eye.. what we cheer him for a month while he never fights again never to earn a income for his family .. **** out of here... quitting is what Judah did against Khan and clottey loosing finding a way out .... you guys are a trip on here

agree 100% most of these clowns have never even got in the ring and sparred let alone fight against skilled fighters. I would never disrespect a fighter like that, I know what its like in that ring and it aint no joke

He will pick angulo cuz he's easier to beat. Molina would be a very difficult fight that he'll probably lose. Make Molina fight Lara in the undercard and fight the winner next
