They offered him brawler Avalos on Pac PPV undercard for 350k, Rigo didn't like the money.

Avalos was also offered to Rigo on the Stevenson Cloud undercard, but he said he wanted a 12 week training camp. But HBO may have rejected him as the main event, which makes sense.
