Mite as well cuz Hearn wont let him near Froch and basing on his last performance he can smash Steiglitz and give James Degale his rematch and lead by example perhaps

I remember Hearn boasting about not forcing Groves to sign a long term contract with him before the Froch fight. I think he is about to learn a valuable lesson.

Groves should have went States side 2 years ago. the UK doesn't show him any respect, his promoter treats him like a second class citizen, he is one of the best boxers at 168 to be honest. Underrated and he gets no love from his own country, I see him being a champion at 168 and fighting in the States and being similar to Lennox Lewis. The kid just needs a better trainer, he did dam well without having a real training camp against Froch and he nearly knocked him out.

Groves has potential, he needs to get out of the UK and build a base in the US.

Good luck to Groves he's taken alot from Froch including many of his fans.It would be dreadful if Froch swerves the rematch and talk of him fighting chavez next is again dreadful...one fight out there for froch and thats the rematch.
Froch has gotten himself into a real mess here because I stand by what I said right after the fight 'Froch will not want to go any where near Groves again' but then Froch said to Eddy maybe we can do THE rematch some where else...it seems now with some one else..ohh Carl

I totally disagree with this. For a 20 fight relative novice, he's fought on the main fight on a PPV card twice, has fought as chief support to a major PPV twice (Kessler vs Froch, Haye vs Harrison) and has fought as chief support to another world title fight (Stieglitz). His fights has been shown live in America, on Boxnation, Sky etc. he's fought for the commonwealth, british titles and for a world title. He's ranked in the top 5 or 6 in the world universally after his last performance and is a household name in Britain.

It would be an absolute mistake to go and fight on undercards in Texas where nobody knows him, barely getting a glimps of HBO or Showtime viewing. He should stick with Hearn and stick with Sky. They'll build him up as the next PPV sensation after Froch is gone for sure. Especially if they make a rematch and he wins it, which he probably will.

I hope GB signs him to put pressure between them to do business with each other. Groves vs anyone at 168 or 175 would be interesting and HBO has all the fighters up there. GB will have no choice but to begin talks with HBO. HBO in return will welcome GB back because business is hard when divided.

I agree with the whole UK's next superstar thing but once u go big in your home country the eventual goal is to come to States anyways so better do it now cuz the training and sparring we all know cant be matched

and if someone like Macklin can get the exposure and chances he got with Dibella so can Groves who i believe can get picked up by Golden Boy

An extra reason Hearn wants the rematch is he realises there's a good chance Groves goes elsewhere without it. This is either jostling from Groves or an indicator Froch is not being talked round to honour his offer of a justified rematch. Just as I thought he would.

                    Frochs a lying manipulating joke.

IMO Groves puts a beating on Chavez Jr., Abraham, Kessler and Stieglitz, but will struggle with Bika and Ward. 175 is a different matter.
                      Bika? Really... ???
I'm not using triangular theories but Lucian Bute beat Bika fairly convincingly and I'd definitely say Groves is alot faster and harder to hit than Bute is, I think the fighters to give Groves a good fight would be Andre Ward atm obviously I think Ward would more of a less school him.

The only way I see Ward losing Is If he moves to 175lbs.
