That is right if there is no premise to call a person a coward.
That is also right if you're really a coward.
Floyd is not an intelligent guy; so calling him a coward probably means nothing to him. He also thinks that his perfect record and the amount of money he makes supersedes the fact that he is a coward...(..I'm a rich coward..) ..remember that? Until he gets more intelligent, would he ever understand the term..by then it would be too late.

I agree.. I mean I'd hate being called a coward if my team offered up a 50/50 split with random blood tests.. Then have it turn to a 50/50 split with a 14 day cutoff.. Then to offer a date before my incarceration to fight Manny, only to have a cut and stadium stand in the way.. Then only to offer $40 mil flat fee to have that rejected.. I mean, if I was working out a deal and agreed to all these demands by my opponent only to have mine rejected, I guess I'd be upset about being called a coward.

Floyd has established himself as the greatest fighter of his era. So I'm sure he doesn't lose any sleep over what jealous people say about him on message boards.

Well with his recent post, I think it's getting to him whether he wants to admit it or not. It doesn't mean he wants to fight though. He's so invested in his undefeated record, that he won't take a real risk of losing it. I'm not sure he necessarily believes that he can't beat Pacquiao, but he's aware of the aforementioned risk.

He's convinced the public and casual fan that being undefeated in boxing means something, which we all know it's just not a big deal. His marketability is directly tied to it. Let's give him credit though. That's because of his success in becoming a crossover star.

I don't think he gives a toss, I think he quite enjoys it really, it gets his name out and makes him feel relevant at every single opportunity. He asked for the fight he gets called a coward, he got on the phone to make a personal plea to Pacquiao himself, that's not the actions of a man that is "Scared or ducking" but the actions of a man who was probably reaching breaking point and wanted Pac to see what they would both make in terms of money, still Pacman decline... So I really don't blame Mayweather for moving on and laughing at Pac current situation.

I dunno...maybe, but that's not the way I understand it. The way I see it, although both guys share some guilt, Floyd is mainly to blame for holding this fight up. In the end, it doesn't really matter who's at fault. It's all spilled milk....
