it's mildly amusing but it's mostly true. the sad part about it is that manny really needs the money. he ducked the drug test that came with the 50/50, he refused the 40M offer and then extended his contract with bob... so what can you do?Comment

Pretty clear you don't have any concept of my postings you poor thing, here are a few of my thoughts on Broner on the night that c-u-n-t lost:(1) no need to insult, I know you're still testy about Maidana teaching Broner Espanol
(2) you actually made a good point, that being Pacquiao has a boss (Arum)
(3) One of Mayweather's many excuses is that he doesn't want to ever work with Arum
(4) your reply only addressed that correct? Pacquiao has no control? So arum and Floyd do? We narrowed it down.
(5) arum would obviously want to be involved in the biggest PPV in boxing. There is no way he wants Pacquiao to go free agent and miss out on his cut.
(6) Floyd has motive(s) for not wanting the fight: his health, his "0" (a huge part of his marketability), losing his legacy in the eyes of fans
(7) Floyd must be stopping the fight from happening because Arum has nothing to gain from the Mega fight happening without him
Btw, $40mil= ****** offer, 40%=fair! gosh even 30% would've been negotiable. Floyd did that to avoid it
As to the rest of your post, you still aren't getting it, seriously. Bob Arum has no interest in ever matching his guy against Floyd, not when he can pit Manny against TR fighters and essentially make the same money, probably more. Mayweather-Pacquiao would only be one fight potentially and what would Arum do with Pacquiao if he lost now, with his career being in a somewhat precarious position?Comeuppance is the word of the day, thus is the fate of a pathetic and shallow mockery of Mayweather. I loved every second of that fight last night. The Maidana fight showed that Broner never had the least bit of substance. He wanted to be like Mayweather but wasn't willing to absolutely dedicate himself to the sport. The guy was bloated between fights, he looked like he was bursting out of his clothes. Broner was all about the self-aggrandizement part but nothing more.
I can't wait until he gets his b1tch a$$ get kicked again.....Last edited by Slip Stream; 12-23-2013, 08:31 PM.Comment

You're right. I took a jab in the dark and guessed you might've been a Broner fan based on the fact that you're a Floyd fan. This was an attempt to retaliate for the needless ad hominem you posted in your first post. My respect for you went up a tiny bit since you acknowledge that Broner isn't the second coming.Pretty clear you don't have any concept of my posting you poor thing, here are a few of my thoughts on Broner on the night that c-u-n-t lost:

However, you don't know for a fact that Arum doesn't want Pacquiao to fight Floyd. Floyd fans keep saying that May-Canelo made more than Pac's last 3 fights put together and this is true. Why would Arum pass up the opportunity to fight Floyd for record breaking $$$ for a couple more recycled Pacquaio fights? And there's even the possibility of a rematch if it's close. You haven't thought this out

Manny Pacquiao's next PPV event will make more money than Mayweather's that's for sure... then what is Mayweather going to say?..... WIN OR LOSE EVERYONE KNOWS PACQUIAO IS WAY MORE EXCITING TO WATCH THAN MAYWEATHER no matter how you slice it.... you always find yourself looking at pacquiao fights over and over again... or pacquiao highlights.. but when it comes to mayweather.. you see it once, you seen it enough. You try to watch a replay of a Mayweather fight, you end up falling asleep.Comment

He'd pass it up for business reasons, he'd get a huge share of Pac's purse, but then he'd also be inheriting a damaged fighter if he lost, that doesn't make good business sense to Arum. But remember Arum's about enriching himself, not Floyd Mayweather or even his own fighter. The biggest winner if a fight like that were to happen would be Manny Pacquiao and precisely because he's in the position he's in now. You're right.
