50/50 was a good offer, but the negotiations were dragging out over the cutoff, and Pac needed to make a fight asap to start campaigning for his 1st run for congress. As soon as he won, they went back to Floyd with a smaller cutoff (7 days?), then Floyd went on a lengthy vacation without a trace. Left Ross Greenburg confused, he thought progress was being made.

All you're saying here is that, Manny can do things on his own terms, and doesn't need to wait around for Floyd, but when Floyd chose to do the same thing, it's a problem.

Manny ignored him.. then came back and said he was willing to do it but if he failed the drug test he wanted it in writing that floyd and his team wouldnt release the results to the media... funny how Pacquiao never tried to sue Teddy Atlas when he came out with this?

Teddy acted like negotiating about "what would happen if one of the fighters tested positive" is an admission of guilt. Even if the email existed, this is called due diligence, which is what lawyers do. They cover all scenarios in case something happens. Once Teddy realized this...he STFU.
