It seems like a nice mind game by Floyd. It keeps Pacquiao at bay by infuriating Arum preventing them making the fight happen as it would look like they are begging for a fight and with Pacquiaos tax issues, christmas couldn't have come any sooner for Floyd. It will also gain publicity for Floyds unannounced fight and everyone will be in argument as to who his next opponent should be, in this case Pacquiao.
