Where was this concern for revenue when HBO basically had a monopoly on the two biggest cash cows in professional boxing? When HBO was paying huge purses annually for BOTH Manny Pacquaio and Floyd Mayweather at the same time?

Totally unreasonable demand on Mayweather's part. If the fight isn't made because Pacquiao is with Arum, that's on Mayweather for imposing that condition.
