There's a chance floyd is setting this up,... showing on manny's attendance, wearing a philippine flag, asking for phone number with all the cameras. Negotiating directly to Manny is a bad idea where floyd knows already about that and he may get an opening whole for a duck excuse. Manny is a "yes man" w/ clear intentions, floyd might turn this on his advantage.

I doubt Floyd is acting tough. They just snap this mid sentence. He probably had to raise his voice due to the crowd too. At least they're talking. Let's stay positive. We've haven't heard much or seen Floyd during this so this is a good sign I'd say.
