They also say ignorance is bliss, so you must be a very happy person.

I see it's easier to make judgements about someone you know nothing about rather than answer a question that makes perfect sense. I can understand that answering that question makes you uncomfortable because you have to admit Pacquiao made poor decisions at best, or is partially culpable for the fight not happening.

If you're so sure Pacquiao wants to "whoop that ass" so bad, he'd do it for nothing, why do you think he didn't do it for 50/50 or 40 million dollars?

If you duck the question again, I think that makes you more like Mayweather than you realise. LOL

Yeah I agree. My guess is this "proposal" was certainly not serious (he has to know that there is a less than zero percent chance of something like this being plausible), all likelihood it was in jest and off the cuff -- however in the off chance that he was actually semi-serious, there's no way you should suggest to the other side on what they should/would do with their cut. It's their cut. They do what they want to with it. But if HE wants to do something like this, then he needs to suggest what he would do with his share only.

It needs to be "I'll fight for free, giving my cut to charities", not "we should fight for free".

Again this is just speaking from a pure fantasy land perspective for the fun of it.

What's uneducated about that offer? Manny trying to rob fraud? Are you out of your mind? Typical for black to run their mouths and then back the **** off when challenge. Read the damn thing first before running your mouth, you're the one that sounds ****** and uneducated.

Well all Floyd needs to do is call the bluff now.

The facts are -and you'd have known this if you'd been around to read the reports- that the negotiations were just about over, when Phoney threw down the very late demand for testing. MannyP was the A side, and the global icon, and would not accept these demands to be made like that, although he tried to compromise.

It really showed a lack of respect. If Phoney wanted the tests in, he should have produced them when the terms were being laid out, before everything was almost completed. It was obvious that MannyP would not agree.
I was around dude. Pacquiao immediately handed the phone to Koncz after laughing at the offer. Mayweather would be co-promoting to a flat fee after laying out funds tonkake the fight doesn't make sense. Arum tried being shifty through the media stating Mayweather didn't have his guarantee until it was proved he did.

Also, Check Hooks, the 50/50 offer included Mayweather agreeing to pay 10 million dollars per pound if he came in overweight. Not commission based fines, but agreed without a problem, so he added his own stip about random testing that they BOTH would undergo, and testing Pacquiao now thinks is good for boxing (his words, as you should know seeing as you lap them up). Bob Arum's famous interview about the weakening ofnblood withdrawal has been seen many times over. TR wanted 21 days cut off, Mayweather would accept 14 and TR walked from mediations.

There's been so much BS on both sides of which this is the latest. It's a fantasy move through the media which means zilch in reality, yet skme are jumping up and down like it's some kind of masterstroke. I find Hello magazine glad-handing funny. It entertains me, as does the twisted logic that flows from it. Keep up the good work.

I'm with you on this one. This is pure fantasy and it's entertaining seeing such hardy boxing fans taking gossip so seriously. If it was even close to serious, why not say "I'll give my cut to charity"? As soon as you state terms you know won't be accepted (like the notion of Mayweather fighting for charity) it becomes a joke. Yet some are spinning this into a negotiation or even media masterstroke. Hilarious!

1st negotiation - Floyd wants OSDT until the day of the fight. Pacquiao counter-offers it to 14 days before the fight and a test right after the fight. There was no counter offer from Floyd's camp. This is clear that Floyd was the one that ducked the fight.

2nd negotiation - Floyd offers Pacquiao $40 million and no PPV. Pacquiao counter-offers floyd a $50 million guarantee plus the PPV would be split 55 to 45 with the winner getting 55%. Once again no counter offer from floyd. This is a clear duck and no one ever brings this up.

Now compare the two offers. One was a slap in the face and the other is the greatest offer that has even been offered in boxing history. Its clear who the real ducker is.

3rd negotiation - Pacquiao offers to fight Floyd for free. All the money generated from the fight will go to charity around the world. Arum wouldn't make a dime so Floyd technically isn't "doing business" will Arum. If you say your the best ever than prove it in the ring but I'm positive he'll duck Pacquiao once again

Thats 3 ducks in a row.

Pacquiao been willing to fight him whenever and wherever

Here is Pacquiao challenging Floyd. Floyd defenders bring up things in the past and say Pacquiao is bluffing. If you know the other guy is bluffing, what do you do? YOU CALL HIS BLUFF. Unless you really don't think it is a bluff and scared that your hand won't win.
