Not a fan of Ariza, but beyond all the Floyd-Manny talk, he is right about Bob Arum and his sneaky ways. Think of all the fighters who've had issues with him in the past and most recent like Chavez Jr. and Garcia. Also, bringing up the fight in the media is perfect for them right now since they're promoting Manny's movie. Manny is here to promote his film not for the fight or negotiations. What better way to do that than by bringing up the Floyd fight?

And like Ariza said, the so-called "journalists" on these boxing sites don't really ask hard questions or press for proof (from either side). They just take things at face value and/or rewrite the same drivel everyday. Just this weekend we saw like five different articles saying the same thing about the fight. It's ridiculous.

Yeah, cuz Manny will make more money on his movie than on the biggest fight in the history.

A few days ago, i was 95% confident that the fight would happen, but now, I have fully accepted it that it will not happen. There's too much greed and egos involved from both sides. The TV networks negotiations is yet another obstacle. I was really hoping that they'd find a way for once to make it happen, but somehow and someway, they'll **** the whole thing up yet again.

With that much money involved, every sides want more than they deserve and that's what will always kill the fight from ever being a done deal. I really can't get angry at them because I'm not ordering their next ****ty fights. It's not like they're holding me at gunpoint and forcing me to buy their next fights. They can do whatever the hell they want because gullible fans let them get away with it.


The same fans who are *****ing about not buying Mayweather- Cotto II or Pacquiao- Vargas are the same ones who will end up ordering either fight a week before the fight. All i can do now is wait and see who they fight next and hope they both suffer devastating upset losses.
