    British heavyweight veteran Danny Williams stopped Egyptian Mazur Ali in the headliner of the first ever professional boxing event in Abu Dhabi Thursday night in the United Arab Emirates. According to gulfnews.com it was a fight to forget as Williams carried his much lighter overmatched opponent for a few rounds before stopping him in the sixth.

            He was forcibly "retired" by the British Boxing Board, several years ago when they refused to give him a licence. he then went to the Baltic States who were fledgling boxing boards and were not too particular over fighters' health. That poor guy will end up in a mental institute hearing the bell all the time...... it's a crime to allow him to continue.
