Mayweather has been saying this for 7-8 years now.
    Floyd doesn't fight Arum fighters.

and even then, none of that is Floyds business. Who is he to dictate who Manny chooses to manage his career?

Bottom line, Floyd doesn't seem to want his biggest easy payday.

"take the test, we got a fight".

I guess that isn't really the case.

Mayweather's comments are quite different from the statements Arum presented in a recent interview, where the veteran promoter said that he was very friendly with Floyd and there was no animosity between them. Judging by Mayweather's comments, there is still a lot of animosity.

So pretty much Floyd has been taking us for a ride for all these years. He never intended to really fight Pacquiao. Omg This is the NEW plan now its Bob Arum.

"I will never do business with Bob Arum in my life but I dont wish him nothing bad." Idiotic comment.

This is Floyd's new excuse. He knows that PAC will not leave arum so he's using this as leverage. If he won't do business with arum then why even negotiate in the first place? Now Floyd won't even bring up the only issue before which was random blood test. Floyd has no other choice but to use arum as an excuse for the fight not happening.

Do people really believe that a boxer of Floyd's stature would ever be afraid to fight a man who has multiple losses, a brutal knockout loss, a man who has touched the canvas many times, a man who does not have near the skillset to worm through Floyd's tactics in any kind of special way to win.

Pacman is nothing special, so stop making him out to be Floyd's nemesis. Why does anybody care to see Pacman fight Mayweather anymore? Pac is Arum's prisoner, an aging gladiator who is still shaking off ring rust. Pac does not have any special skills that would defeat Floyd in the first place. Never did. He is not faster, does not have better foot work, boxing skills are nothing special, does not possess that one hit knockout power, will not be able to land combinations on Floyd and get's touched more often.

Pac's strong points are his constant throwing of punches at weird angles which can catch boxers off guard. That seems like his only strong point against Floyd. I'm not trying to hate on Pacman, but Floyd is consistent with his skillset and has not been proven otherwise.

Okay, so I get the fact that Floyd might possibly hate a dude (Bob) enough to not want to work with him to prevent said dude from making any money off him, but....Bob Arum has a net worth of more than Floyd himself. At that point, if this is truly the case, Floyd just needs to get over it. It's not like Arum is going to die starving or some ****. Dude is worth damn near a quarter of a billion dollars, Bob Arum. Make the fight happen by any means necessary, make supposed "easy work" of the guy who you claim is not on your level, put the exclamation point on your hall of fame career, and take the unquestioned bigger cut.

But you still won't do it? Purely out of spite? My guess is Floyd is pretty confident in his ability to beat MP, BUT realizes that Manny is still unquestionably dangerous, and would rather go without facing him since it's safer for him to just sit back and claim that he would have won the fight and Manny isn't on his level. That's safer and doesn't risk his zero. Not only risking the zero, but possibly losing to THE guy that will forever go down as his arch-nemesis (even though they'll never have fought, lol). He'd rather not even face him.

I mean come on. If he knew deep down that he'd 100% whoop that ass, he'd make the fight and the most lucrative payday of his career. Bob Arum be damned. Who the f**k passes up a guaranteed easy breezy biggest payday of their career? It's because he knows it ain't gonna be that easy, that's why.
