But if you notice, pre-oscar, floyd making 7 million guarantee vs hatton would have been big money, plus he had the ppv upside, and arum not giving him 20 mil for oscar, why would he, even oscar didnt give him 20 mil guarantee.
Arum offered him good paydays for that point of floyd's career,, yes floyd would go on and make bigger purses, but that was only after he became a superstar with the oscar fight. So yes he gets paid more for a hatton fight after oscar fight, then hatton-floyd in say 2005-06,, Floyd wasnt a certified ppv record breaker yet when arum offered him those fights.. I think Arum gave him fair deals, and the same guarantee for oscar, that floyd eventually excepted
So i dont see why floyd holds a grudge about that, and refuses to do business

The only thing that really stuck out was that floyd sued over the Gatti ppv revenue, but even the article doesnt know how that all turned out...
Like I freely admitted, the money offered was good at the time, but Mayweather valued himself higher, and maybe knew Arum did too, but was taking a big slice of the pie, a pie made from his blood. There was suing and counter-suing which can't make for a good parting. Remember, Arum had no interest in making a fight with DLH. None whatsoever. Mayweather knew it was ticket to stardom so did what he had to do. I keep asking why Pacquiao didn't have that same gumption. Considering where Pacquiao is financially, I can't help feeling Mayweather is seeing how he would've ended up. The grudge seems ****** because we just want the blasted fight to happen. But I didn't live it so can't say what I'd do.

          Please, provide that link.
Arum was the person who said many was afraid of needles, he later admitted that he mis-spoke, either way that was the first excuse he gave so that's the one I used. Could not find the interview but here's a video that shows when Arum admitted to saying manny was afraid of needles. A reporter asked Arum at the 2.01 mark, "what about manny being afraid of needles?"

Because you are a PAC fan I have no doubt you'll find some way to say this video was doctored. Enjoy.

Heres an idea, get a glass of water, pour it on your head and grow a brain. The fact that Manny is just under Floyd in terms of PPVs speaks volumes of his popularity. Manny, is just being himself. Floyd, according you and many others, needed to create a persona to sell. That also, speaks volumes.

This fight is no worse than 6040. Anything more than that, you're stanning, hard. How about this for an idea. 45-45, winner takes the extra ten? Thats a real prize fight.
Manny is 1-2 his last 3 fights and your talking 60/40 (maybe if he avenges 1 just 1 of those losses next year)?
seriously he just beat a guy coming off of a loss and did less than 500,000 PPV

And lets not talk about creating a persona like Pacquiao is perfect.
This is the guy that had a child with a **********

                scared of a drug test

                    The excuses never end

I actually give props to Broner for fighting Maidana. He lost but at least he got in the ring.

Floyd is making excuses about a guy who literally made him a star and saved his life against J Prince

Now this is pissing me off cuz why "Yes Manny pacquiao you're next" ; 'take the test", "win", etc. AND NOT have any inclination of fighting pacquiao by saying he'll never do business with arum????
its utter b.s. what floyd has done. i keep telling everyone all this promotional beef; networks beef between showtime n hbo all comes down to one man: FLOYD MAYWEATHER!!!

look how fn easy the de la hoya-mayweather; de la hoya-pacquiao fight was made. and pacquiao vs other golden boy fighters in the past. de la hoya & pacquiao were true cash cows willing to give the fans what they want.
floyd willing to give what he wants. remember what he said "its not about working harder....its working smarter"
