You're missing my point. I showed an article where Arum tells the world exactly what his plan was, and his plan was carried out. Manny might have wanted thing, but Arum wanted something else. I remember him specifically stating that Pacquiao/Marquez 4 was his target when the mic was put to him post Pac/Marquez 3. He knew what he wanted and he got it.
I agree that the 40mil flat guarantee was a low ball offer. What was the counter-offer? How long was it discussed? I don't know much about the money or care. What I do know is that Mayweather left Arum for a fight Arum wouldn't make. Pacquiao had the opportunity to do the same and didn't. I wish he did for his own sake as much as for any fight.
Truth is.........Floyd is getting a kick out of watching Manny and Bob suffer.
After all the ducking Margarito and Pacquiao crap from Arum, the lawsuits from Manny, the constant bickering, etc.....
Floyd is like F you. You won't get that IRS money off my name.
Floyd is looking at his record 45-0 vs Manny losing by brutal ko's and saying( now who really is the best of this era?)
Floyd is also looking at his bank acct vs Manny's IRS problems and saying( who needs who now?)
Floyd is looking at his contract to fight 4 more fights for minimum 30 million a pop and saying ( Who needs a Pacquiao fight when you got Al haymon on your side. I can fight anybody and get paid well)
Floyd is looking at Manny and saying (how is Bob and konz treating ya lol)
To me.......Floyd ko'd Manny outside the ring and inside the ring.
{Inside the Ring}: Floyd is 45-0 and Manny has been Ko'd 3 times with numerous losses.
Lets just say perception out there is that if they would have ever fought.......70% think Floyd would have won vs 30% who pick Manny. (Floyd can live with that)
PPV vs PPV is all Floyd with those two record breaking fights with Delahoya/Canelo
{Outside the Ring} : Well we all know who won that battle lol.
Floyd by brutal career vs career KO.
I'll end it with this..........ask any person man women or child who's career would they rather have?
The one where the fighter had a HOF career with record breaking purses and PPV numbers, who is undefeated with 100's of millions in the bank?
Or the one who had a HOF career with great PPV numbers but didn't get his true value with his purses, robbed blind by his promoter and manager, real bad Tax problems, ko'd 3 times in brutal fashion, and named fighter of the decade?
