Ive said it before and I'll say it again. HE IS NOT THAT SKILLED. He has great reflexes and speed. That's it. He really possesses nothing else.
Some people still don't realize that. They think that if Maidana doesn't hurt and drop him in a rematch Broner will comfortably win all the rounds.

He should not change a damn thing other than his training and learning how to deal with pressure fighters more effectively.
I disagree. I don't like him personally, but I'm a boxing fan who can separate because I can appreciate talent in the ring. I picked him to win because of the Alexander-Maidana fight.

Better footwork would have helped him win that fight. In a game of inches some of those punches don't land and that shoulder roll actually works if he moves his feet. Watch his lateral movement. It's nowhere near FMJr's or Pacquiao's. He crosses his feet in retreat mode. Those are fundamental mistakes he needs to work on in the gym. GBP built him up with these over matched smaller fighters who he was walking down flat footed and eventually knocking out. It gave him a false bravado and those basics were exposed once he started moving up.

If he and his trainers recognize this they can fix it in the gym. He has talent and he should try 140 for his return or take on someone who can't **** at 147. If he rushes back into a rematch with Maidana fighting the same way, he'll get the same result or worse. If he has better lateral movement or moves in and out with a higher punch out put he wins.

broner is a great talent. he needs to shut up and grow up. just get the rematch and handle your business. chino has the power but broner is the better skilled fighter. once broner understands that he can't take his rediculous, immateur, outside the ring antics inside the square circle.he will be hard to defeat.

Great job from the GB PR guys for the quote. We all know Broner doesn't have the ability to form a proper sentence to save his life.

Its his lack of focus and his over confident is what caused him to be delusional. That ass whooping showed he need to take this boxing **** seriously. He could still act like an ass to sell fights, but he need to change mentally if he want to succeed. He also need to replace all those yes men in his corner or else he will end up being Berto part two. He need to work with roger and floyd sr.

What skill broner showed. If anything maidana showed he is more skilled than broner.

Maidana showed he can cut off the ring, use the jab to set up his offense and has already has better defense.

Broner just has faster hands. Just because he use a bootleg shoulder roll does not mean he his skills. A skilled fighter would box maidana ears off with ease.

Who has boxed Maidana's ears off? Alexander? He just clinched Maidana off.

That statement did not sound like it came from Broner.
