he's good but he's also a bit of a bum to be honest. he's like devon alexander with all the gift decisions but sprinkled in with a lil talent and heart. marquez sucks against guys who box and he only beat him 7-5. he doesn't have anywhere else to go because prov and pac both destroy him. maybe he can fight..............fu-kk if I know
Timothy Bradley has grown on me.

Huge JWW Bradley fan. Always reminded me of a Hopkins/Holyfield hybrid at that weight.
I'll admit, didn't like him after the Pac fight, but after the Ruslan fight, couldn't not be a fan again.
When he fights Pac again, going back to not liking him. After fight, still a fan.Comment

Arum had to put Pac in his place, that's why Tim got the decision. Beyond that, it wasn't a blowout fight...sure Pac deserved to win that fight...even in my opinion but Tim didn't pay off the judges. In a rematch, I think Tim outboxes Pac and wins a UD though.
You see, that fight was his first time on the big stage and it was against of the best fighters in the world, and ATG boxer. He hurts his ankles and still manages to outbox Pac down the stretch. Pac was basically stealing the rounds or trying to steal the rounds in the last minute of almost every round. He was getting outboxed the entire first two minutes of most rounds.Comment

Yeah, but he's not as fast, what was at least respectable power is close to feather fisted, and his reflexes seem that little bit slower that can make a big difference.
Bradley from his 140 days would have won like 9 clear rounds against today's Marquez.Comment

that's not bradley outboxing pacquiao, that's pacquiao choosing when to fight, it's called ring generalship, pacquiao was in complete control the entire fightComment

Yeah, I thought it was 7-5 too. After the first couple of rounds where it looked like Pac was running away with it, I noticed how it was only the last minute of each round that he was actually doing anything and after a few more rounds, I found it hard to discredit the work that Tim had done in the first two. Pac caught him with some good shots but Tim made him miss a lot and landed many good shots of his own that were totally ignored by commentators. I also think Pac was given a large amount of credit for punches that looked like they landed when they were misses.Comment
