I despise the guy (well, his fighting style and Cunningham) more than anyone but I'm pretty inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt on this one.

Watching it again, it could actually be this:

- Devon says "they're stopping it".
-Cunningham tries to get the refs attention to Purdy's Team quitting.
- Devon gets up to walk over but Cunningham tells him to wait until it's confirmed.

This is definitely what I saw and heard. Alexander definitely said "They stopping it" first.
