Because of his fans, they built him up like he was Aaron Pryor.

That's an inadequate reason imo. You're just fighting d1ckriders w/ hate. You're doing the same **** as them.

It doesn't make you look credible or objective.

You're entitled to your opinion. I never thought Lucas was that great and his resume is underwhelming imo. In all honesty, he and Danny both have a lot to prove. I wish both fighters the best.

Thank you for acknowledging that both have a lot to prove. Almost all of the criticism of Matthysse applies to DG. Also, thanks for revealing your true motivations.

We're good but please clarify this for me...do you think Garcia should be top 10 P4P or not?

I do based on the Matthysse win, for the reasons noted above. He slayed the #2 and hottest dude not just in the division, but in all of boxing. That meant a lot in my book. Whether Matthysse deserved all the hype or not, DG took it to him and won. He cemented himself as #1 in 140. I thought that win alone was better than Nelo winning over trout and Froch beating Bute. Thus, I thought he should leapfrog them as #10.

A lot of time has passed since that fight. I have M. Garcia slightly ahead of DG at #10, but wouldn't be upset with DG in there over Mikey.

Good fighter but people were pretending like Garcia was the guy with all these weaknesses when Matthysse clearly had some of his own, telegraphing his punches just to name one. Matthysse is still a dangerous dangerous fighter so I expect him to have a successful comeback.

Oh yeah he was and I was one of the worst culprits. I took my digs from various members in the days after the fight, which I totally admit I deserved. Did I fall for a monster puncher who might not have had the most skill? Yeah and I hyped him up to be Roberto Duran. That's going to take a LONG time to live down on here.

Pretty good analysis imo. We need to discuss the Clips in the lounge...

No worries my dude, it's all good. We all have our moments. We're all boxing fans, I've been wrong plenty of times. It's all in good fun. I appreciate your honesty.
