50/50 split when Pac was the p4p #1 and hottest boxer in the planet. What else does he deserve? It's not like Floyd was the news at that time, remember retirement? To come back and act like a punk demanding something of an opponent never done in history sounds like a duck to me. Even existing and retired champs that time thought Floyd was out of his mind and he can **** himself.

        Pac turned down 50-50.

Then he turned down a career high $40m.

All that **** he talked and now he's got to fight for 25-75 and put Arum to the side . I bet he ducks that too.

Pacquiao keeps ducking Mayweather. What a fraud.

If Arum won't let his puppet fight Mayweather, that's fine. He is WIDELY recognized as the best fighter of this generation and depending on how his career ends, I think he has a very legitimate shot of being considered a top 5 pound for pound.
another one! let's be serious YOUR A$$. BWAA and every boxing publication declared him Fighter of the decade, butthurt at its best.

You're out of your mind, Top 5? Try top 20/25.

I'm sorry but he didn't have a better career than Ray Leanord & Duran as of yet & Burt Sugar would turn in his grave just to laugh at anyone who thinks he's worthy to be among Willie Pep, Ali & Ray Robinson.

Mayweather would beat Pacquiao. Pacman struggled against slick boxers and counter punchers. I still love to see this fight happen.

Does not matter that I believe, I'm just a boxingscene forum poster. You have the BWAA declaring him as fighter of the decade not me. You have the same people WIDELY believing and put Floyd as #1 p4p right now, and you don't seem to have a problem with it. Or do you really believe he is #1 p4p?

And when are you going to get off the Arum excuse? Than deal with conjecture, tell me, did Floyd mention anything about Arum when people wanted Floyd to fight Dela Hoya II, Pacquiao, Margarito, Cotto, and Williams before he retired? Give me a link or anything to support your argument that Arum was the reason why he didn't want to fight those 4 before he retired. What I remember was Floyd saying "Cotto who?" and not because of Arum. The fact was Cotto was a nobody after he got beat to a pulp by Margarito and Pacquiao. Floyd took the fight after Cotto was a nobody.

Pound-for-pound king and welterweight world champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. announced his retirement from boxing Friday.

Give me a quote Pac refused 50/50 sharing. Shut up or put up. It was the unheard of OSDT which Pac refused.

$40M with no PPV for a $100-200M fight? You kidding right? Truth is you are running out of excuses or quotations from Floyd.

Your excuses are getting longer. What else?

So he turned down 50-50 because of testing he would take four years later??
