I have always said Broner was a fraud, and he is on the list of Ameericans not only losing but being ran out of boxing. So ill compile a list in the recent years. Your best fighters are Floyd, Ward, Hopkins, and Bradley with Garcia a close 4th. Floyds is 37 soon and has 4 fights left which we all know he wont be able to honour and WILL LOSE. Hopkins is sandwiched between Adonis Stevenson and Sergey Kovalev at age 48. Lets be honest, hes either retiring or hes out of there. And Timothy Bradley hasn't won his last 3 fights. He got beat down by many pac, and Horrible beat down by RUslan and a draw against Marquez. Its only a matter of time before he gets schooled by khan or Garcia(Also an American). Mattyse could also school him imo.

Here s alist of "propsects" and active High profile American fighters getting ran out of boxing.

    Seth Mitchell
    ANdre dirrell
    Curtis stevens
    Danny Jacobs
    Alan green
    Adrian Broner
    Kelly pavlik
    eddie chambers
    kevin Mitchel
Tony Thompson(like this dude, great fighter)
    Chad Dawson
    Malik scott

Predicted ticking time bomb additions-Timothy bradely

    Stay tuned.

    Horrible thread.

American are decling with more kids playing
    Football and basketball and baseball.

Less kids fight and in america MMA is hot
Right now with the kids and men with the light beginning to dimmer.

Boxing is a world sport like soccer
And tennis and golf ,so there is more competition
    World wide.
We could say that tokyo, moscow and new deli are need of
    NFL football.
Americans are just a part of boxing ,and with so much other interest
(NFL,NBA,MLB, and MMA getting attention)in other sports ,its evened out now.
Boxing is mixed ,not like the NFL used to
Be with mostly black men. Now you see white wrs and RBs
And black QBs,and so many other races now.

Same with the NBA. Still more black men , but the numbers are declining
With other interst and more non black competition.

Media has changed the world. The information through technology age
Boxing is older then the NFL so
    Its evolution is further along.

      Floyd
      Ward
      Timothy

Are at the top of the p4p list. Sooner or later, Garcia's fan base will extend if he continues to win. And you have Jose Benavidez Jr, America's biggest prospect, who can pull in the Mexican/Latino support if he develops.

It wont be that much longer, before Jose takes off, the kicker is that he has real size to match his ability. I can imagine him climb from 140 all the way up 160 comfortably.

I can't think of another prospect with greater potential than Jose. America will be just fine in the pro division. Its the Amateurs thats the problem, but with soo many robberies in the Olympics, who wants to take a chance at a gold medal. Most are turning pro at a young age.

America's best athletes don't even box and the US still has the best fighters in the world.

Not like a fighter's country matters. All that matters is $$$.

            .
I disagree with that top 3 p4p list anyway, p4p lisys are havily biased towards AMerican fighters.

But even if I agree with the list, you cannot deny floys is highly unlikely to win his next 4 fights, and hes only got 4 fights even if he does, Hopkins is out his depth with either Stevenson or Kovalev retiring him, and Bradley didn't win his last 3 fights. He could hightly lose to Manny pacquio.

Also with andre ward having strong rumours of "the sauce" and getting injuries, it will be interesting to see how his career pans out.

              Translation:

I don't like anything that disproves the myth that Americans are getting ran out of boxing.

When Mikey Garcia, Gary Russell, and Errol Spence become the next generation of stars I'll kill myself. The demise of US boxing was so close! If it wasn't for those meddling kids.....
