This is highly unlikely unless he dominates chino in the rematch. But basing from the recent fight, this braggart can only hope to win a split decision at most, he doesn't even look like he has the power to buckle maidana much more stop him; and he is neither accurate enough to show the judges he can dominate by point system nor can punch enough volume.

I think it's best for him to go back to lower division and dominate there. Then, just claim that he is too small as a welterweight and hope that boxing fans would buy it.
