You know, like what he should have been doing instead of trying to short cut his way to stardom with the weight jumping/careful matchmaking bull**** ya'll have been doing since the Rees fight. Whenever ya'll decide to have a sitdown with Team Broner. Tell him he's going back down to 35 and fighting his mandatory against Omar Figeroa. And it would be best if he did it in some ratty ass casino in Mississippi on Shobox. And not on Floyd's May undercard which is what I know you have in mind. If he wins that, go from there. Time to make this boy pay some dues like everyone else had to do.

People pay to see him lose and now he's lost one. Every time he tries to pull his old act someone will say "Yeah but Maidana kicked your ass". He's not a must see killer like Tyson.

It will be real difficult. He doesn't have a core fan base like international stars. His "0" was his ticket.

If he wanted out so bad, why not go "Popo" Freitas? If he wanted to be saved s badly, why go for broke in the championship rounds when he stood about a 99% chance of getting KO'd which he almost did? He pulled the gamesmanship out when he milked the headbutt. But it was Maidana's fault for headbutting him. AB did some ****** **** in the ring last night. But he showed a lotta heart and never stopped trying to win in a fight where he was totally outgunned, and pretty much fighting on shakey legs from the second rond on. Myess is if he were a more likeable guy, he'd be getting his ass kissed today.

If the thought was that Broner could still make his debut as a pay-per-view star in 2014, then those plans must be affected by Broner’s loss to Maidana, the first loss of Broner’s pro career and the defeat of a brash antihero. [Click Here To Read More]

GBP had a horrible year with Mares, Canelo and Broner all losing. They still have Garica but he'll never be a big PPV star.

AB is just as hateable today as he was yesterday. Pac got knocked cold and now he's a killer again cause he beat Rios. Cotto got outclassed by Trout. Now they wanna throw him in with the middleweight champ based on beating Mr ESPN himself. Its not hard to rebuild a fighter's image. He can back down down to 35 and string together a couple wins and they'll very much be able to sell a Gamboa fight.

The public doesn't want to see broner fight smaller lesser competition anymore . He had no output last night , he doesn't throw any punches against guys his own size. Seems like the only way he can be a ppv draw at this point is if u put him in with bigger guys to get beat up. That would draw , people want to see broner get his a$$ kicked , that's for sure.
