This and storming out of the ring after all the **** Broner talked for months didn't help either

How pathetic was it when Broner was rolling around on the canvas, then the doctor clears him to fight in .5 seconds

    Broner a warrior doe

I give him credit for being able to finish the fight and for wanting an immediate rematch.

But he's nowhere near as good as the hype he got.

People that he was looking for a way out, but I think he was just trying to buy himself time because he was still hurt from that knockdown. It paid off because he was close to getting stopped in that round.

Seriously? Since when does fighting until the final bell and doing what you're trained to do equal heart? Boxing's obviously a brutal sport and I respect anyone who steps into the ring (including him) but why am I supposed to applaud him for not giving up? You train for that. He did what he was supposed to do.

Forgive me if I don't get all teary eyed and emotional from all the supposed heart that Broner displayed by miraculously and courageously making it to the scorecards.

This is true, people respect him for not just quitting in the fight, even though he tried to find a way out by whining over the headbutt.

Too me, the laughing at is a part of the game. He talked a big game, and couldn't back it up. Now he has to take whats given to him. It's not like he was a nice dude...... hopefully he is more humble now

A year's worth of disappointment and anger is being taken out via projection on all 7 Broner fans.

I was actually a fan of his last year and had hopes he would become a good fighter and a pre-fight hype builder. Then he lost me with his weak performances against Rees and Malignaggi, and the classless comments he said about Paulie AFTER the fight, about taking his girl. There's pre fight hype, that you leave in the pre fight, after the fight, you end the talk. He kept afterward and that made me see him as a genuinely bad person. What he pulled against Maidana with the whole flopping and elbowing and holding solidified that even further. He is a bad fighter and a bad person and he got what he deserved.

He has been talking non stop about how great he is for two years now, he got his ass kicked, he tried to escape having to actually fight Broner by rolling around on the floor like a ****** after a deserved (because he was holding) headbutt that probably hurt about as much as an Eskimo kiss, he tried to get the Ref to bail him out of his asswhipping, and he didn't actually show any heart until it became clear that the referee was not going to hand him the win and he would have to do it on his own. By the time he manned up, it was too late, then he walked out of the ring like a punk. If he had been robbed of a decision, or even lost a legitimate close decision, I could see him walking out, but that was not the case.

When you show disrespect to your opponent during fight promotions and running out the ring to face your defeat like a true champion, then people have a hard time giving you credit. It's almost like you took that whipping for nothing.
