Heh, this is the guy that was gonna beat Pac huh?

Maidana isn't even good, imagine what a sharp puncher like Guerrero or Khan would do to this idiot. I'm glad they threw garbage at him and he got his ass kicked. He's gutter trash.

Now that his little act is over he'll be getting his ass kicked regularly and considering his boxing career is gonna be over soon, I guess he'll be back to robbing old ladies for money to feed his nine kids. His career so far has been a form of welfare by feeding him weak comp and giving him undeserved credit. Maybe he could go knockout strangers on the street and steal their wallet or something.

Great night. Thanks to Maidana for taking out the garbage. Boxing is full of scum, but Broner really managed to be so vile that he makes promoters look clean.

    Good riddance.

I am a huge fan of Broner's boxing style, but it needs some fine tuning. He is also a slow starter, he has NEVER started well until the 3rd round. Not even against Rees did he start throwing till the 3rd.
He has no style, I train under one of the original North Philly trainers. He was there when Geroge Benton was doing the Philly shell back in the day. Floyd didn't make it up, neither did Broner but Floyd mastered it because of his intelligence, and ability.

Broner doesn't have what it takes to carry that style. It's not the style it's the fighter who uses it.

Broner is the biggest hype job because not only did he fool fans, but perhaps his handlers as well who moved him too fast as a result. The PPV model is also to blame for this myopic behaviour in terms of handlers where fighters are not allowed to develop at their own pace, after all having michael buffer mention division after division which you've 'conquered' sells PPVs.
He can't make 140 healthy anymore, that's my point. He was almost 160 tonight. He's a big WW, believe me. He's a big strong kid for that weight, punches very hard. He was just beating up on midgets.

Broner didnt miss weight vs Rees or demarco. He was 134 vs Rees. He probably shoulda fought at 140. Not sure really why they wanted him at 147 if there was no intention of him fighting floyd

He struggled to make those weights though, he's a WW. He weighed close to 160 tonight.

How was he struggling if he was a pound under lol. He prob wanted bigger money and tried to be like Floyd "weight don't win fights skills do". I agree now be looks a like a ww and would prob look drained at 140

Just because you are a pound under doens't mean that you didn't struggle to make weight. In his fight against Demarco I believe it was he paid the fine because he couldn't make the weight.

Did you not see how big he was compared to those dudes? LOL it's like what JCC Jr does, he's a 180lbs on fight night for ***s sake.

Broner is a WW, deal with it.

All of those guys beat him. I think they will go after the winner of Shawn Porter vs. Kell Brook.
