I wish he could just give a straightforward answer for once. Cant argue though with anything he said. Pac's got serious money issues and beating Rios proved NOTHING

I really doubt that he has real money issues. If anything, there could be more volatility with Floyd's wealth years from now, like with all rich Athletes who don't know when to pull the plug and start living more frugally.

Manny is politically connected now. He is in "the club" so to speak and will never go broke or end up being on the streets ever again.

And just like Pacquiao, Khan has also gone 1-2 in his last 3 fights, with the win being against a mediocre opponent. But somehow Khan deserves this fight but Pac doesn't. There will always be excuse after excuse, roadblock after roadblock for Floyd to not fight Pac.
