Is there a chance that Broner/Maidana turns into a Guerrero/Berto tonight?

Where Guerrero smothered the work of Berto with sloppy pressure fighting.

Maidana seems very unsteady with his boxing stance but if Broner remains flat footed and just tried to counter off the ropes, could Maidana create a replica of Guerrero/Berto and outwork him in a sloppy-workrate fashion?

This is a interactive thread & a Poll is coming. So stay tuned.

Ab is better on the inside. Chico has a soft body no head movement. Broner will get a ref stoppage

I don't think so. Broner doesn't depend on landing one big shot like Berto does, and Maidana isn't a nitty-gritty inside fighter like Guerrero was in that fight.

I hope Maidana wins, but don't think he will unless Broner's over his head at welterweight.

Guerrero is underrated and can actually box, is southpaw.

Maidana is there to KO you and that's it.

This. Broner's not the best of the best, but let's not forget. The guy is still a damn good fighter.

Let's also not forget, Maidana isn't all that. Guerrero is like Willie Pep compared to Maidana.

I'd love for Maidana to shove Broner in a corner and just pummel him with non-stop shots, dropping him several times and swelling his eyes closed.

Broner fights very well on the inside. He can land the uppercut or hook to the head or body. I think Maidana gets stopped tonight. His best shot is to catch Broner with something big and to hurt him to the body.

Berto vs. Guerrero reminded me of Porter vs. Alexander.

Maidana is getting his ass kick Broner is not Berto and seems to be the real deal but Broner has some flaws lets see if Maidana can make something happen

It could happen its boxing but well have to see how it plays out, I personally think Broner gets the Victory but I'm rooting hard for Maidana to pull off the upset.
