The more Victor Conte opens his mouth, the more he ensures that he is the mastermind and force behind VADA. How else would he know such details about how, when, and what VADA tests for specifically? This is very specific detail into VADA's testing procedure that has been unknown publicly before Conte opened his mouth because of his hatred towards Ariza and Memo.

Telling the world that VADA doesn't test for stimulants before a fight. But only on fight night.
