Pacquaio, prior to the Rios fight, passed the weak Commission urine tests. With Rios, that was the first time he passed a strict urine tests.

As a side note, NSAC now has a new random drug testing program where they do strict tests just like VADA and USADA. But it's brand new and has only been used for Bradley vs. Marquez so far.
it's not a banned substance by NSAC?

      • Maybe it was all set up?
Pacman camp fired Ariza with a scandal, so that he would be trusted by Rios camp. Ariza would play an offended party, and just before the fight would punk Rios with the light Ariza-shake, so Rios looses, even if he wins the fight?

NSAC does not have a new random drug testing program, lets not makes bull**** up. THey simply did something at the request of fighters and never again. It was an exception, not a program

It's banned in the military due to the risks. However this is because people abuse it. Take it the right way and its legal coke. lol Abuse it and you could have some serious issues. Especially people that use it the same day they decide to go out and party/drink.
