I have heard if ward cant fight Chavez jr, he wants other big names including (ronald) Hearns and Chris Eubank (jr)... Why fight someone because of their name? Fight someone because of their class.

**** that, Stevenson doesn't want Kovalev, hes using that bull**** excuse about Kovalev fighting other guys to build his name up, in other words he wants nothing to do with him. I doubt Ward will do it anyway with everybody telling him how great he is, I think its going to his head and every fight will have to be on his terms not anybody elses. If Ward did take the fight at 175 though and win it would be quite impressive as far as I see it.

People talk about Ward weight-draining opponents amaze me. ONE TIME, ONE FIGHTER came down to him after CALLING HIM OUT at THAT WEIGHT and Ward has some kind of stigma on him for that? Ridiculous. Dawson weight-drained himself and his own trainer said he didn't do it the right way either and could've been much better at the weight. None of that is on Ward. I want Kovalev/Stevenson more than anything but Kovalev/Ward would be awesome.

Stevenson may not want it, but the fans, and more importantly in this case, the NETWORK wants it.

I hope you are right but I don't see it happening anytime soon and definitely not next like it should be.
