Maybe we can actually see Kell Brook against a good fighter for once then.

I wanted Kell Brook vs Amir Khan. But that'll never happen.

We know why Pauli wants the fight ($$$), but if Broner gets **** for having his first fight at 147 be against feather fisted Pauli, than Garcia should take the same heat if he takes this fight.
Too many other good fights against Golden Boy fighters to be made to accept this one.
Garcia is a guy that hasn't ducked challenges in his career so far so I would hope that would continue with him moving up.

Out of the possible fights for Garcia to take, if in fact he's not fighting Mayweather in May (which is all I want, but doesn't seem to be happening), here's how I rank them.

1. Garcia vs Broner/Maidana
2. Garcia vs Porter
3. Garcia vs Guerrero
4. Garcia vs Thurman/Soto Karass
5. Garcia vs Paulie
5. Garcia vs Ortiz
6. Garcia vs Khan II

I wouldn't really mind any of these, but I'd love one of the first three.

Even the notion that Garcia is scared of Paulie is hilarious. I remember when he was scared of Lucas. (Now that's a man you fear if you're indeed gonna fear a man).

Yeah make this happen, I think Paulie will look good for the first few rounds but will eventually get caught and KO. Paulie will retire after that fight.

It might not make for the most compelling fight for some, but it's the smart move for Garcia @147, and likely for Paulie as well. Not sure how many more rounds remain in his right hand.

I have to agree. I like Paulie but it is painful watching him fight. He has absolutely no power.

he lacks power but he got big balls...why is that negative to you? it's not like he just cowers in defense with his hands up all the time. he stands his ground and take his beating like a man.
