    Bradley's creeping up on him.

The complaints weren't about Broner getting a title fight, they were about him fighting someone who didn't hit hard enough to KO him.

What does floyd have to do with this?

If paulie would have some extra pop in his punches he would have been p4p fighter. He has speed and technique.

If the fight happens, good thing for both.
Garcias gate to ww is paulie, a good test to a new weight class

Pauli's a really underrated and underappreciated fighter. He makes up for his lack of power with speed, movement, a quality jab, heart and a great chin. He's a likable guy outside of the ring as well, people need to show him more respect.

He'd give Garcia a very hard time and if Garcia doesn't KO him, I wouldn't be surprised if Pauli won on points.

          It'd be a good match-up imo.

No they weren't. They were about Broner getting an immediate title shot after skipping 140 and vs the worse belt holder at 147. THOSE were the complaints.

Precisely. Smart though, it allows to him delay his up and comers from crossing paths (Broner, Garcia, Thurman, etc.)

Not as much as it was about paulie being a light hitter. I also don't recall complaints about other fighters getting title shots in their 1st fight at the weight. Mikey G for instance a few weeks ago.

Now skipping 140 was another ridiculous criticism I saw as well. Manny and Ghost skipped 140 as well, they weren't criticized for it nor was it seen as "skipping" 140.

Thats not the focus of this thread anyway. Danny Paulie is a good fight IMO and should danny win as I expect-sets up a BronerDanny clash which is another good fight.

Yeah Garcia is a bit like Froch, great chin, underrated boxing ability, limited footwork and hard puncher. Both struggle with movers.

Yep, that's another reason this fight has got to happen, the build-up and press conferences are going to be classic. And the fight itself presents a good challenge for both boxers.
