He's fine. As long as he holds titles he will get fights.

Rigo is learning that premium network and PPV boxing is more entertainment than an actual sport. Its just something we all have to accept.

But with that said, its been proven that fighters like him can have good careers and make good money. His management team just has to get creative. Travel a bit, take some risky fights against bigger guys occasionally and accept under card fights when they are offered.

Bearing in mind where he's come from and where he is now i'd say he's probably ok.

He got paid $750,000 in his fight with Donaire. He'll likely never see that much again but he will make good money by most standards. If I remember as well his wife was ringside with him the other night, so it seems he's managed to get his family over.

It is a shame someone as good as him might not get the respect he deserves, but he isnt taking punishment and he'll retire one day with his brain intact.

Who knows, if he gets a big offer to go up to 126 he could get another big payday? Or maybe someone like Carl Frampton will keep gaining popularity in Ireland and he'll make him a big offer to fight.

Most jr featherweights never even get to sniff network TV fights. He is making money and crafting a HOF career. Just because you dont like his style doesnt mean he isnt worthwhile to have in the sport.
