I would dispute it also but the IRS is almost never wrong, they take their time and get everything lined up so they almost never get you right away.

I don't know if Manny has property in the US but if he does there will almost certainly be IRS liens on them which is public record.

It's already been reported has happening. The irony is Pacquiao last fight and 18 million dollar check will most likely go from Arums hands to pay this debt off leaving Manny in the same situation, dependent upon Arum through advances for future fights.

Arum and Kuntz know what their doing, and Arum was not going to let Manny just stack his bread and walk away from him next year straight to a Mayweather fight. Arum now officially owns Mannys soul, and any thoughts of him leaving have officially been squashed.

The real snake behind all of this was Manny Lawyer Gacal or whatever his name is, because he was the one Filipino person in Mannys corner who should have been smart enough to protect him, but most likely sold him down the river. He was the one reviewing all the contracts, he was the one setting up back door deals with GBP and he is the one that has always been there advising when it seems He's getting taken advantage of.

FightHype was the first to report about it a week or two ago. But now TMZ has come on record saying they have official documents about it, basically confirming the FightHype story indirectly.
