I would dispute it also but the IRS is almost never wrong, they take their time and get everything lined up so they almost never get you right away.

I don't know if Manny has property in the US but if he does there will almost certainly be IRS liens on them which is public record.

That's actually how I get out of paying taxes. Every year I sign a contract committing to one full year with my employer. They pay me $0 in salary but give me a $100K signing bonus. No taxes for me!
