I guess it's comparable. People won't like to admit it, but it is comparable.
The difference is that Floyd fought guys like Augustus, Hernandez, Castillo and Corrales. Khan hasn't really fought established world class fighters like some of the above (i'm including Augustus because he gave Floyd a hell of a fight).
Khan has also fought established champions like Kotelnik, Malignaggi, Judah, Garcia etc. But imo they are just that step below - if you look through their records at the time of the fight none of these guys really have any particularly great wins. Unlike Castillo, Corrales at the time of the Mayweather fight.
That being said, I still think it's comparable - Khan fought some pretty good fighters. But Mayweather's resume at the stage was better.
Floyd fought more good fighters than Khan and he fought many of them when they were in their prime. Also he beat all unlike Khan with 3 losses, 2 by KO they he will never try to reverse.

Pointless thread, Mayweather takes this easily. I admire that khan is willing to face all comers (Except for Kell Brook apparently, for good reason as he'd be annihilated!) but let's be real. MAB was a shell, Paulie was underperforming at 140 at the time, and Zab was in a major slump! Then Maidana was being out boxed but was held back by bad officiating from finishing him off.

The bold just simply isn't true. I don't know where you get that from.

It's well documented his trainer troubles in this period, Malinaggi struggled in wins over N'dou and Fernandez, and got TKO'd by Hatton before the Khan fight (he beat baby bull "twice" as well I know, but he was tailor made for Paulie and was at the tail end of his career!) almost immediately Malignaggi moved to 147! I'm not saying that Paulie at 100% would beat Khan but he certainly wasn't at his best when he fought him!
Zab had fought Santa Cruz, Matthysse and Mabuza previous to Kahn and should have been beaten by a Lucas, the only reason he didn't get KO'd was because he ran the entire fight! Santa Cruz was a tomato can and Judah struggled big time against Mabuza until the TKO I thought he was fortunate! He was also 34 so you can't say he was really prime to begin with! In fact the Garcia fight was the only fight I can think of in recent memory where Judah actually seemed motivated!
Hey these are just my opinions, as I said, I commend Khan for taking all comers and he was a decent fighter but I don't feel that his record is much at 27 compared to Mayweather's and some of the fighters were not in their prime! (And I feel his days as a world class fighter are long over)
