Not surprised in the least. Boxers are notoriously awful with their money, and Pacquiao appears to be no exception. He's generous with his money and brought a freaking entourage of about 200 people to his fights in Texas.

Hopefully he gets everything together. Sad when you see all these boxers suffering physically and financially after basically giving their life to the sport.
