Spanish interview from "A Los Golpes" I think it's from yesterday because they discuss the Lara/ Trout fight . He mentions he would want to fight Lara wether you choose to believe it or not. Basically their still waiting for Cotto to give them
A yes or a no on a possible fight. Other candidates he mentioned were the obvious Carlos Molina, Lara , and Kirkland didn't mention Angulo at all and surprised he mentioned Kirkland can that fight even be made?

I don't doubt he's scared, it's the handlers, same as Chavez Jr.
As for Kirkland... all depends on Mayweather and if he cares if they make it

I agree with this, hopefully they make this happen or if not Canelo vs Kirkland would be pretty awesome too!

That negotiation took a halt when Kirkland demanded more money and then the while injury thin came up or vice versa it depends on what people want to believe

He was injured from the Molina fight. And I forgot the whole thing but I think he was cleared for training and not fighting. Or something along those lines. That was all before he was approached. Can't quite remember the whole fiasco.

He did demand more money but he said if he was gonna fight injured they would have to make it worth his time.

It is a good get back on the horse fight for Canelo which is probably what he needs after his last fight he should probably be looking for a couple of these sort of fights before fighting someone with a more difficult style both for hype and to get his mind right.

Canelo_Lara is a solid fight but what does it really matter if it happens next or 12 months from now, most likely 12 months is better for both guys.

Kirkland signed with fiddy... they had a bad break up because Miss Jackson was bouncing on his pimp stick.

If Mayweather shows any objection to fiddy working with GBP or showtime, you bet they're going to alienate him.

I would take an Angulo, Lara, Cotto or Kirkland fight. Cotto is the biggest money fight but it doesn't look that it will be available.
