Rigo vs donaire 126 no cw who wins

If i have to pick, it would be donaire. I love rigo but i guess he is bound not to go beyond 122. He will lose speed and not gain pop on his punch. Defensive fighters tend to rely on speed and slickness.

Donaire does not have the style to beat rigo. " Mexican russian " would be a tougher fight.

Cool analogy though, it came into my mind also. But lets see, if rigo goes up, a lot of fights will come to him.

Donaire would have to KO his ass, which he's capable of.

But if he doesn't, then no chance. Rigondeaux is just a level faster than Donaire. When they fought you could tell that Donaire was extremely hesitant to let the hands go because he knew he'd get countered. Rigo is just an amazing counter puncher.

donaire was lost for most of his last fight and he outweighed rigo in their first fight. rigo doesn't need to fight donaire again but the money is there and people will watch!! f it ill kick back light up a spliff watch him spank him again

Who knows though, maybe in their next fight (if it happens) Donaire will go in there with extreme aggressiveness and just launch bombs in an effort to get into an all out fire fight. Donaire has a really good chin and has already shown that he can put Rigo on his ass. I mean that would be his only chance because he's not outboxing him and hoping to land a calculated KO shot on Rigo isn't going to happen either, as has already been stated Rigondeaux is just to elite defensively to get caught slipping.

id like to see rigo v darchinyan at 26 first, then a donaire rematch then lomanchenko. but bob wouldnt throw lomanchenko in their nd ruin that, he learned his lesson from the donaire situations. dont mess w the cubans

Well, being that Rigondeaux's fight night weight is usually around 129, I would pick Rigondeaux. We all saw Donaire's performance at 126 and he didn't look good at all. It looked like Darchinyan matched him for speed.

Rigondeaux doesn't have a problem fighting guys at 126. He has a problem with their fight night weight. Their body mass is so much bigger than his. He told Donaire he is fine with a fight but doesn't want him gaining over 10 lbs after the weigh in.
