Such a great fighter but dude signed a contract so live up to it. This is gonna get him shelved for sure. Move up to 75 and there's good fights there. He's getting paid very well and never really leaves home. He's lucky cuz he's a very boring fighter.

wtf has Gooseneck done for Ward? Did he get him those endorsements? no - the only thing he's done is get him into the super 6. ward needs a big time promoter at this stage of his career - someone who will help him crossover. Not just get fat off his fights. Would have ward doing GQ - good morning America - jimmy kümmel etc... The man is the last American gold medalist for boxing. He has been married for like 10 years to his one and only girlfriend, exceptional commentator, beautiful family, no drama - what commercials is he in? Can he dance, shut put him on dancing with the stars - victor Ortiz got a lot out of that with a pecan of the resume, but he had a top promoter to make it happen - ward is a gold mine to the right team. Gooseneck is the wrong one- a boxers window is only open so wide for so long - gotta capitalize on it and Gooseneck looks to care less. Personally, I cannot see any top tier promoter lining up to sign him. From all appearances he seems to want larger and larger purses, but does not have the popularity to match them.

Ward wants PPV purses, but who can guarantee them to him?
