With a strong co feature and a solid dance partner absolutely , the one that had all the momentum was Gamboa he would put 2k to 3k in ac on his way up just imagine in Miami in a marquee matchup dude threw it all away

That actually brings up a good point. Not too many people showed up at AC to watch Rigo, otherwise they wouldn't have just walked out. That seems clear. There is no way I'm walking out on Rigo, no matter how boring I might find his fight to be. The people in attendance were probably a mix of casuals, general boxing fans and people there to see the other fighters.

Yes, yes and yes. I think, even now, Gamboa would be a good addition to the card.

Interesting. I figured at least some of the people there were supporting other fighters. Tapia is from New Jersey, so he probably brought a large posse. Then he got hurt, so his peeps called it an early night. Any of the ones who stayed left when they saw the direction the Rigo fight was going.

Ha! I was at that one as well. That fight should have been in North Florida where Nate is from. I almost forgot that Sergio was on that card, that was when I first became a fan of his.

yea thats the key! anything will be better than AC ! rigo in miami will bring solid amount but not as MUCH people mAY think unless it's a great card and a solid name ... chris avalos won't cut even for HBO .. no names at 118-122 ... but hopefully they test miami out atleast once!
